At Monezzi, we prioritize our users’ satisfaction and handle refunds and cancellations on a case-by-case basis to ensure customer satisfaction. This Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations for all our services.
Monezzi reserves sole discretion to determine eligibility for refunds and process cancellations in accordance with industry standards and applicable laws. Services involving state or federal processes are non-refundable once the process commences.
An Upgrade refers to any change to a user’s service plan that increases features, scope, or duration, resulting in higher fees. Upgrades are subject to review and approval, with payment due for the upgraded plan before activation.
A Downgrade reduces the scope of services. Users may request a downgrade after completing a 12-month service period. Downgrades are evaluated at Monezzi discretion. No refund is provided for early downgrades, and the revised plan becomes effective after the current period ends.
All users agree to a 12-month commitment period for subscription plans. Cancellations prior to the end of this period may incur a penalty equivalent to two months of subscription fees. Users may cancel at the end of the 12-month term effective with the billing cycle. Early cancellation requires written request and approval by Monezzi.
To request a refund or cancellation, Users must submit a written request to info@monezzi.com including full name, contact information, company name, service details, and reason for the request. Monezzi will review all requests within 14 business days and communicate the decision to the User.
Monezzi reserves the right to amend, modify, or rescind any part of this Policy at its discretion. Amendments become effective immediately upon publication on the Monezzi website or Application. Continued use of services constitutes agreement to the revised Policy.
This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Users consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lewes, Delaware, USA for any disputes related to this Policy.
