Sample customer address
What it is
A real address in a real American building — assigned to your company.
This is not a virtual mailbox. Not a registered agent address. Not a coworking pass. It is six square meters of physical floor space inside a real US commercial building, leased through a vendor and allocated to your LLC for a full year at a time. Your suite number is yours alone — no other tenant shares it.
A low-density premium address infrastructure is a curated network of real commercial office locations designed to provide businesses with exclusive, credible, and compliant U.S. business addresses without the characteristics of mass virtual office providers. Each physical location is intentionally limited to a small number of companies, with controlled onboarding, structured industry distribution, and consistent operational standards. The system combines real street addresses, suite-level identity separation, and managed mail handling to ensure each business maintains a distinct and trustworthy presence for banking, compliance, e-commerce platforms, and regulatory verification, while preserving a high level of operational quality and signal integrity across the network.
Real commercial building
Walkable street address. Visible from Google Street View. Walks through USPS Form 1583, Stripe verification, and Amazon Seller Identity checks.
Unique suite number
Suite 101, 102, 103 — your number, your LLC. No shared mailbox numbering that flags platform compliance reviewers.
On-site reception staff
A human answers calls during business hours, trained on your company name. No voicemail jail, no offshore relay.
Mail + parcel handling
USPS, FedEx, UPS, Amazon delivery — all accepted at the suite, scanned to PDF or forwarded weekly to your country.
Why this exists
Virtual mailboxes get rejected. Real buildings get approved.
Every major e-commerce platform now cross-checks your business address against vendor databases of known virtual mailboxes, registered agents, and PO boxes. Amazon Seller Central, Etsy, Google Merchant Center, Stripe, PayPal — they all flag virtual addresses, freezing accounts and withholding payouts. Non-US founders have been hit hardest because they have no real US address to fall back on.
We built this product because the math finally worked. One real American building is too expensive for one founder, but split across 18 LLCs — each one with its own suite number, mail handling, and phone reception — the per-founder cost lands at $902 a month. That price is well within range for any serious e-commerce operator targeting US customers.
Who this is for
If a US platform asked for your address and you panicked, this is for you.
Five concrete situations where a Monezzi physical address pays for itself in the first month.
Amazon FBA seller
You are about to launch FBA but Seller Central asks for a US-based business address on the Identity Verification screen. Your home address in Istanbul, Mexico City, or Riyadh is not it.
Etsy shop owner
Etsy approved your shop and the first month went well, then verification kicked in and your account is suddenly under review. The address field is the trigger.
Google Merchant Center applicant
Shopping ads require a verified US business address. Google rejects PO boxes and virtual mailboxes silently — your campaigns just stop serving.
Stripe / PayPal opener
Stripe needs a US business address with proof of ties. A real building unlocks instant approval; a virtual mailbox triggers manual review that can take weeks.
E-2 or O-1 visa applicant
Your USCIS petition needs documented US operations. A real signed lease at a real American building is one of the strongest evidence types you can submit.
US bank account holder
Mercury, Relay, Brex flag virtual mailboxes within sixty days. Avoid the freeze before it happens by registering with a real address from day one.
Why eighteen slots
One real building. 18 unique suites. Zero compromises.
We rent a real American commercial unit, roughly 108 square meters, and split it into 18 suites of 6m² each. Every suite has its own number, its own door label, its own mail slot. 18 LLCs share the building footprint but each carries a unique street + suite combination on every platform application.
Why 18, not more, not less
Above 18 the suites start looking like mailbox cubbies and platform reviewers downgrade the address. Below 18 the per-founder cost climbs past the point most e-commerce sellers will accept. 18 is the maximum that still feels like a real office building from the outside in.
How the pool fills
When you buy, you commit to a slot in the next available pool for your state. As other founders also commit, the pool fills toward 18. We collect deposits but do not sign the vendor lease until commitment number 18 lands.
Full refund guarantee until 18 is reached
If we cannot fill the pool within the sales window, every founder in the pool receives a complete refund — deposit and any tail charges paid. No partial pools. No "we will try harder next time" excuses.
Why 30 plus 30 days
Sales window then infrastructure window. Up to 60 days, end to end.
You see your address arrive in two phases. Each phase has a strict deadline so you always know where you stand.
Phase 1 — Sales window · 30 days
From the moment your state pool opens, we have 30 days to collect the other 17 commitments. During this window we are NOT yet on the hook with the vendor. If we miss 18 by day 30, the pool refunds and you walk away whole.
Phase 2 — Infrastructure window · 30 days
The moment commitment 18 lands, we sign the vendor lease for the building, install per-suite numbering, train the reception staff on your company name, and route your mail. This is REAL construction-grade setup time, not a software flip.
Phase 3 — Address delivery
You receive an email with your full street address and unique suite number. The Monezzi dashboard chip updates from "Setup in progress" to the live address. You can update Amazon Seller Central, Etsy Shop settings, Google Merchant Center, Stripe, and your USCIS file the same hour.
Suite assignment
How your specific suite number gets assigned to your LLC.
Once the vendor lease is signed and infrastructure is up, each founder in the pool gets a personal suite assignment. The process is administrative and quick — usually less than 48 hours per founder.
Order of assignment
Suites are assigned in commit order. The first founder to commit gets Suite 101, the next gets 102, and so on through Suite 118. Commit order is locked at the moment of payment, so early buyers always get lower suite numbers.
What you receive at assignment
A confirmation email with the full street, the suite number, the on-site phone extension, and instructions for updating each major platform. Your Monezzi dashboard chip flips from a placeholder to the live address the same moment.
What you do next
Update your address on Amazon Seller Central, Etsy Shop, Google Merchant Center, Stripe, PayPal, your US bank, your USCIS petition, your IRS Form 8822-B if you have an EIN, and any vendor contract that previously had a placeholder. Most updates are accepted within hours.
Cancel + refund policy
Cancel any time. The refund math is fully transparent.
L3 is billed as a hybrid yearly cycle — one upfront deposit plus eleven monthly tail charges. If you cancel, the refund depends on which month of the cycle you are in. Here is the exact matrix.
| Cancel timing | What is kept by Monezzi | What is refunded | Service ends |
|---|---|---|---|
| Months 1 – 6 (deposit period) | $5,412 deposit | All monthly tail charges paid in this cycle | End of current month |
| Months 7 – 11 (mid tail) | Deposit + paid tail + current month + next month | No refund | End of NEXT month (one-month notice) |
| Month 12 (final month) | Full year — $10,824 | No refund | End of month 12 · Year 2 deposit NOT charged |
Worked examples:
• Cancel in month 3 → you paid $5,412 deposit + $984 in tail charges. We refund $984. Net cost: $5,412.
• Cancel in month 9 → you paid $5,412 + $3,936 (8 tail months). Month 10 tail still bills at $492. No refund. Net cost: $9,840. Service ends end of month 10.
• Cancel in month 12 → you already paid the full $10,824 annual. We do NOT charge the year 2 deposit. Service ends end of month 12.
§12 Hybrid opt-in renewal — no surprise charges.
We do not auto-renew. Sixty, forty-five, and thirty days before your anniversary we email a renewal decision link. You pick "renew" or "do not renew." Silence on the anniversary means the service ends without any year-two charge.
Cancel from your Monezzi dashboard at My Purchases or notify support with your termination date — both paths land at the same outcome and the same email confirmation.
What you get out of it
Concrete approvals on every platform that matters to e-commerce.
You did not buy a building address as an end in itself — you bought it because a specific platform asked for one. Here is what unlocks the moment your suite is delivered.
Amazon Seller Central + FBA
Identity Verification accepts the address on first submit. Form 1099-K, EIN-tied bank verification, and Seller account flags all clear. FBA inbound shipping uses your real US suite for return-on-failure routing.

Etsy US Shop verification accepts the real building address even when your founder profile shows a non-US country. The address removes the largest flag in the verification queue.

Currently available in Florida only.
We chose Florida first because the state has no income tax for founders, founder-friendly compliance rules, and one of the densest commercial real estate markets in the US — perfect for our pool model. Other states will open after the Florida pool model is proven at scale. If you need a different state today, talk to an expert before you buy and we will flag your interest.
