Professional email for your US company.
Set up on your own domain.
Google Workspace is the paid Google business email service that runs on your own domain, the setup US banks, Stripe and B2B partners expect from a real US LLC. Monezzi does not resell email; we point at the tool and help configure it.
Focus on your customers, we will handle the bureaucracy.
Why does a US LLC need a branded business email?
Banks, customers and payment providers read your email address before they read anything else. A free personal Gmail signals a side project. A branded address signals a real business.
Trust signal at first contact
A founder@yourcompany.com address tells customers, suppliers and bankers that the business is real. A free email address quietly costs deals you will never hear about.
Deliverability and reputation
Mail sent from your own domain, with proper SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, lands in the inbox. Mail blasted from a free address gets quietly filtered to spam.
You own the brand, not the provider
If you ever switch mail providers, your address stays the same because it is tied to your domain — not to Google, not to Microsoft. Your customers never need to be told.
Separate business from personal
Founders who mix business and personal email regret it the day they sell the company, hire an assistant, or get locked out. A clean business address sets that boundary on day one.
How do you set up Google Workspace on your own domain?
Four short steps. You sign up directly with Google. The only place you need a hand is usually the DNS step — we are happy to sit on the screen with you while you do it.
Register a domain you own
Buy your company domain from a reputable registrar — Cloudflare, Namecheap or another mainstream option. Avoid bundled domains from a single hosting provider; you want clean control of DNS later. If you do not have one yet, Google Workspace can also register it for you during signup.
Sign up for Google Workspace
Go to workspace.google.com, choose the plan that fits your team size, and start the signup. You enter your domain when prompted. Google bills you directly — Monezzi does not handle Google Workspace payments.
Verify domain ownership with a DNS TXT record
Google asks you to add a TXT record at your registrar to prove you own the domain. Copy the value Google shows you, paste it into your registrar DNS panel, save, and click Verify in the Google admin. This is the step most founders hit a wall on — it is the one we are happy to do on a screen-share with you.
Add MX records and create your users
Add the MX records Google publishes so that mail to yourcompany.com actually reaches Google. Then create your accounts: founder@, hello@, billing@ and so on. Add SPF, DKIM and DMARC records once you start sending mail in volume.
What Monezzi does — and does not — do here
Monezzi does not resell, host or bill for email service. We focus on US LLC formation, EIN, BOI report and federal and state tax filings for non-US founders. For business email we recommend Google Workspace because it is the most trusted option for serious companies. We are happy to help you configure DNS and MX records as part of formation support — at no extra charge, because it is not a product line we sell.
Other reputable business email options
Google Workspace is our default recommendation, but a serious business email provider is what matters more than the brand. These are the other options we would not warn you off.
Google Workspace
Industry default. Best fit for teams already used to Gmail, Drive, Calendar and Meet. Strongest admin tooling for small teams.
Microsoft 365
Strong choice if your customers and partners live in Outlook, Excel and Teams. Equivalent admin tooling, slightly steeper learning curve for non-Microsoft teams.
Frequently Asked Questions
Honest answers about what Monezzi covers, what Google covers, and where the two meet.
No. Monezzi does not resell or host email. We focus on US LLC formation, EIN, BOI report and tax filings for non-US founders. For business email we recommend Google Workspace, which you set up directly with Google on your own domain — we are happy to walk you through it if you need a hand.
A free Gmail address like yourname@gmail.com looks personal. A branded address like founder@yourcompany.com signals a real business to banks, customers and Stripe. Google Workspace also gives you admin control over user accounts, two-factor authentication, recovery and audit logs that a free Gmail account cannot offer.
Yes — you need a domain you control before email can be set up on it. Register your domain with any reputable registrar (Cloudflare, Namecheap or others), then point Google Workspace at it during signup. Google Workspace also offers to register a domain for you during the signup flow if you do not have one yet.
We can guide you through the verification TXT record and the MX records Google Workspace publishes. The actual edits happen inside your domain registrar dashboard — we walk through the screens with you so you do not break anything else (like your website). This is informational support, not a paid email service.
Google publishes its own per-user pricing on workspace.google.com and updates it from time to time. Plans are billed by Google directly, not by Monezzi. We do not mark up or resell Google Workspace — what you see on the Google site is what you pay.
Yes. Google Workspace supports collaborative inboxes through Google Groups, so multiple teammates can read and reply from one address like support@yourcompany.com. You can also delegate mailbox access for a personal inbox to a colleague, and set up shared drives and shared calendars from the same admin console.
