Your brand domain.
Owned by your US LLC, set up by Monezzi.

Focus on your customers, we will handle the bureaucracy.

Domain registration is governed by ICANN, the global authority for the domain name system. Monezzi follows ICANN rules on registrant identity, transfers and WHOIS privacy on every domain we register.

Why a domain under your LLC matters

Why Your Brand Domain Should Be Owned by Your US LLC

A domain registered in your personal name is a personal asset. A domain registered to your US LLC is a company asset — it stays with the business, transfers cleanly if you take investment, and keeps your home address off the public registry. Monezzi registers every domain in the entity name from day one.

Domain held in the entity name

The registrant on the WHOIS record is your US LLC, not you personally. The brand belongs to the company, not the founder, which matters for investment, sale, and team continuity.

WHOIS privacy by default

Your name, your home or office address, and your phone number never appear on the public WHOIS lookup. Privacy is on from the moment we register the domain.

DNS pre-pointed to Monezzi services

The records are already set up for the email and website services you will add next — no DNS surgery, no broken email after a configuration mistake.

Renewal tracked, never expires by accident

Every renewal date is tracked on the same workspace that holds your LLC, your EIN and your registered agent. No forgotten inbox, no lost brand.

Why the do-it-yourself domain route fails

Why does buying a domain trap founders later?

WHOIS privacy is an upsell, and skipping it exposes your home address.

Many registrars treat WHOIS privacy as a paid add-on. If you skip it, your personal name, your home or office address and your phone number become public — a particular risk for non-US founders who do not realise the WHOIS is searchable from anywhere in the world.

We handle it: WHOIS privacy is on by default for every domain we register, with no add-on charge.
DNS records — easy to break email, hard to debug.

A, AAAA, MX, TXT and CNAME records all live on the same DNS zone. One wrong MX record and inbound email silently stops working; one wrong TXT and your SPF or DKIM breaks and your outbound email lands in spam. The error messages are cryptic and the propagation delay hides the cause.

We handle it: DNS is pre-configured for Monezzi services on day one and updated by our team when you add new add-ons.
Renewal notice in a forgotten inbox — brand lost to a squatter.

The most common way founders lose a domain is a renewal email that lands in an inbox they no longer monitor — an old personal address, a contractor that left, a free mailbox that got disabled. The domain expires, drops back to the public pool, and a competitor or squatter grabs it within hours.

We handle it: every renewal date is tracked on your Monezzi workspace and renewed on time, not by an email that might bounce.
"Domains are the easy part of a brand — until they are not. We have seen founders lose their domain because the registrar sent the renewal email to an inbox they no longer monitored. We track every renewal, hold the WHOIS in privacy, and re-point DNS when you add services. The domain is your front door — we make sure no one else gets the keys."

Why Monezzi

A domain held the way a US company should hold it.

Your domain is registered to the LLC, kept private on WHOIS, pre-wired to the email and website you will add next, and renewed on time by us. One workspace, one team, one bill.

Domain in the entity name — not personal

The WHOIS registrant is your US LLC. The brand belongs to the company, not the founder, which makes the asset clean for investment, sale or team handover.

WHOIS privacy by default

Included on every domain we register, with no add-on charge. Your personal contact details never appear on the public registry.

DNS pre-configured for Monezzi services

When you later add email or website add-ons, the records are already in place — no DNS surgery, no broken email after a configuration mistake.

Renewal tracking — never expires accidentally

Every renewal date is held on the same workspace as your LLC, your EIN and your registered agent — not in a forgotten inbox.

Transfer-friendly — you own the domain, not us

You can transfer the domain out at any time. We provide the authorisation code and unlock the domain on request — there is no lock-in, ever.

Bundles with email and website add-ons

Pair the domain with our Google Workspace Email and Company Website add-ons. The DNS is already in place, so everything lines up from day one.

Brand Domain Overview and Key Details

A domain name is the address customers, partners and investors use to find your brand on the web and in email. When the domain is registered to your US LLC instead of your personal identity, it becomes a company asset that can be transferred, valued, and protected the same way you protect the LLC itself.

Who can register

Any Monezzi customer with an active US LLC or corporation. The domain is registered to the entity, not the individual founder — even if the entity is owned from outside the United States.

TLD recommendations

For a US-facing brand the .com is the default. Country TLDs (.tr, .ae, .mx, .co.uk) are added case by case where you have a real local presence or want to protect the brand from a local copycat.

WHOIS privacy and DNS

WHOIS privacy is on by default. DNS is pre-pointed to Monezzi services so the email and website add-ons connect without a separate configuration step.

Ownership and transfer

You own the domain — Monezzi is the registrar of record, not the owner. You can transfer the domain out at any time and we provide the authorisation code on request.

Our process

How we set up your brand domain — step by step

Monezzi handles every stage of brand domain setup — search, registration in the LLC name, WHOIS privacy, DNS pre-configuration and renewal tracking. You review, we register.

1. Domain search and selection

We confirm the brand domain you want, check availability across the .com and any country TLDs that matter for your market, and surface defensive variants worth holding alongside the primary.

2. Registration under your US LLC

We register the domain with your US LLC as the WHOIS registrant — the brand becomes a company asset on day one, not a personal asset that has to be transferred later.

3. WHOIS privacy and DNS configured

WHOIS privacy is switched on, and the DNS is pre-pointed to Monezzi services so the future email and website add-ons connect cleanly the moment you add them.

4. Renewal tracked, brand protected

The renewal date is tracked on your Monezzi workspace — same place as your LLC, your EIN and your registered agent. We renew on time so the brand never lapses by accident.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about brand domains for non-US founders — and how Monezzi registers and manages them as part of your US LLC.

Which TLD should I register for my brand?+

For a US-facing brand the .com is the default — it is what customers, partners and investors expect. Country TLDs (.tr, .ae, .mx, .co.uk) are useful when you have a real local presence in that market or want to protect the brand from a local copycat. We register the .com first and add country TLDs case by case during your intake review.

What does WHOIS privacy hide?+

WHOIS is a public directory of domain owners. Without privacy, anyone in the world can look up your name, your home or office address, your phone number and your email — the same details you put on the registration. WHOIS privacy replaces those personal fields with the registrar contact, so the public record only shows that the domain is registered, not who you personally are or where you live. Monezzi enables WHOIS privacy by default on every domain.

Can I transfer my domain in or out?+

Yes. You own the domain, not Monezzi. You can transfer a domain you already own into Monezzi so we manage it alongside your LLC, and you can transfer the domain out at any time — we provide the authorisation code and unlock the domain on request. There is no lock-in.

Is renewal handled automatically?+

Yes. We track the renewal date for every domain on your account and renew it on time so the brand never lapses. The most common way founders lose a domain is a renewal notice that lands in an inbox they no longer monitor — that does not happen with Monezzi because the renewal is tracked on the same workspace that holds your LLC, your EIN and your registered agent.

Can I register multiple domains for the same brand?+

Yes. Many founders register the primary .com plus defensive variants — common misspellings, country TLDs, and the .net or .co fallback — to keep them out of competitor and squatter hands. We discuss the defensive set during your intake and register the ones that match your brand strategy.

Does the domain add-on include email hosting?+

No — domain registration and email hosting are separate add-ons. The domain add-on covers the registration, WHOIS privacy and DNS. Business email under that domain (you@yourbrand.com) is handled by our Google Workspace Email add-on, which we provision on the same DNS we already configured.

How does the domain link to other Monezzi services?+

When we register the domain, the DNS is pre-pointed to Monezzi infrastructure. That means when you later add the Google Workspace email add-on or the Company Website add-on, the records are already in place — no DNS surgery, no broken email after a configuration mistake. Everything lines up from day one.
