Social Proof Training

Your Instagram Post
Deserves More Attention.

Learn step by step how to get real likes, comments and saves on your Instagram posts. With Meta ads. No bots. No fake accounts.

Watch the video before you read on. It shows what the method does to a post, so the rest of the page makes sense.

People do not trust an empty page. A post with 23 likes looks ignored. The same post with 1,400 likes looks worth a second look.

We show you how to run a small Meta ad that puts your post in front of real people who react to it. Screen by screen. Setting by setting.

You learn it once. You run it yourself, as often as you want.

Illustration. The numbers above show what the screens look like, not a promised result. Your results depend on your post, your audience and your budget.

Important

This is a training product. We teach you how to set up and run engagement campaigns in Meta Ads Manager. We do not run ads for you, we do not sell likes, and we do not promise any number of likes, comments, followers, sales or any other result.

Results depend on your post, your audience, your budget and Meta's delivery. Ad spend is paid by you directly to Meta and is not included in the price.

Nobody Trusts an Empty Page.

Think about how you scroll.

You land on a page. You look at the photos. Then your eye goes to the numbers under them.

12 likes. 0 comments.

You do not read the caption. You do not check the profile. You move on.

It does not matter if the product is good. It does not matter if the photo is good.

A post with no reactions reads as a post nobody cared about.

This is true for a shop selling online.

It is true for a creator trying to grow.

It is true for anyone who wants a photo to be seen.

Likes, comments and saves are not vanity. They are the first signal a stranger reads before deciding to stay.

Your photo can be great and still be ignored. The numbers under it decide who stops.

Does This Sound Familiar?

If you post on Instagram, at least one of these has happened to you.

You posted your best photo.

It got 30 likes from the same people as always. Then it was gone.

You put a product on your page.

People visited, saw 8 likes, and did not buy.

You tried a "buy likes" service.

The numbers went up. The accounts were empty. Your reach went down.

You pressed "Boost post."

Instagram spent your money. You got a few views and no idea what happened. The Boost button also picks the objective for you, which in our experience costs roughly 30% more per reaction than the same post set up in Ads Manager. And the better setup is sitting right there, two screens deeper.

You compared your page to a competitor.

Same kind of product. Their post had 2,000 likes. Yours had 40.

What do these have in common?

The photo was fine. The post never reached enough real people who would react to it.

That is a setup problem. Setup problems can be learned.

Who Uses This, and Why

Three kinds of Instagram accounts. The same problem under the post.

01

Businesses that sell on Instagram

For a shop, the numbers under a post are a price tag on trust. A stranger lands on the page, sees 9 likes on the product, and leaves. The same product with 900 likes gets the tap to the shop link. This is small and mid-size business, not agencies.

Elena, 34
Handmade jewelry. Sells from Instagram DMs and a Shopify link. 1,800 followers.

She posts a new ring. 31 likes, two comments from friends. The ring is good. Nobody who is not already a customer stops. She tried a "500 likes for $5" panel once, reach dropped for a month, she never did it again.

What she does with the training: boosts one product post per week with $5 to $10, picks the audience by country and interest, and the product page is no longer the one with 31 likes.

Marco, 41
Owner of a small restaurant. Two staff run the Instagram page. 3,200 followers, mostly locals.

Posts get 40 to 60 likes. Tourists find the page from Google Maps, see a quiet feed, and book somewhere that looks busy. Marco does not have time to learn ads and does not want to pay an agency $800 a month for one page.

What he does with the training: watches chapter 3 once, builds the campaign with a 20 km radius around the restaurant, and runs it on the three posts people see first. Staff repeat the setup from the checklist.

Ayşe, 29
Online clothing boutique. Ships across her country. 12,000 followers, 15 posts a month.

Follower count is fine. Engagement is not. New collection posts get 150 likes from 12,000 followers, so Instagram shows them to fewer people each time. She knows the Boost button but every boost "spent the money and nothing happened."

What she does with the training: learns why the Boost button picks the wrong objective, switches to Ads Manager with the engagement objective, and uses a lookalike of her past buyers so the reactions come from people who look like customers.

02

People opening a new page

A new page has the hardest version of the problem. Zero followers, zero likes, zero history. Every visitor sees an empty room. Followers do not come first. Reactions on the first posts come first, and followers follow the reactions.

Daniel, 27
Launching a coffee brand. Page opened last month. 140 followers, mostly friends and family.

He has product photos, a launch date and a page nobody visits. The first thing a wholesale buyer or a retailer does is open the Instagram page. Eight posts with 20 likes each says "nobody wants this" before he has said a word.

What he does with the training: runs the setup on his three best launch posts before meeting buyers, so the page looks like a brand people already react to. He controls the budget. He stops when he wants.

Priya, 38
Dentist opening a second clinic. Needs a page for the new location. Has never run an ad.

The clinic page needs to look established before the doors open. Her competitor across the street has 2,000 likes on a before-and-after post. Hers has 6. She does not want an agency; she wants to understand what she is paying for.

What she does with the training: books the one-on-one, shares her screen, and leaves the call with a running campaign in her own ad account, built on her own post, plus the checklist to do it again.

Tom, 23
Starting a page for his car detailing side business. 0 followers on day one.

Good work, good photos, no audience. Posting into silence for three months is how most new pages die. He has $50 to spend and does not know where to put it.

What he does with the training: learns which of his posts is cheap to boost (chapter 2), runs $3 a day for a week on the local audience, and the page stops looking abandoned.

03

Individuals and creators

Not a business, not an agency. A person who posts and wants the post to be seen. A creator pitching brands. A professional who wants the profile to carry weight. Someone who simply wants the good photo to get the attention it should.

Sofia, 25
Fitness creator. 6,000 followers. Wants her first brand deals.

Brands look at engagement rate before follower count. 6,000 followers with 90 likes a post is a 1.5% rate, and the media kit goes in the bin. She posts well and consistently. The posts just do not reach past the same 90 people.

What she does with the training: boosts her two strongest posts each month to an audience that matches the brands she pitches, so the engagement rate on her media kit reflects reach, not just her existing followers.

Jonas, 44
Real estate agent. Posts listings and sold homes. 900 followers.

Sellers check his Instagram before they list with him. A sold-home post with 14 likes does not say "this agent moves houses." His competitors' posts have hundreds. He assumed they bought them. Some did. The ones who last did not.

What he does with the training: runs a small engagement campaign on each "Sold" post, targeted to his city, so the profile a seller sees looks like a busy agent's profile.

Leyla, 31
Photographer. Portfolio page, 2,400 followers. Posts her best work.

She does not sell on Instagram. The page is her portfolio. Clients and galleries open it. A strong photo with 40 likes looks like a hobby. She wants her work to be seen by people who care about photography, not by bots.

What she does with the training: targets photography and art interests in the countries she wants clients from, runs it on her best five photos, and the portfolio reads like work people respond to.

Different pages. Same setup. You learn it once and point it at your own post.

Bought Likes vs. Likes from Real People

There are two ways to put numbers under a post.

One is to pay a service that sends fake accounts to tap the heart. The other is to pay Meta to show your post to real people who choose to tap it.

They look the same for about a day. Then they stop looking the same.

Meta engagement ads are not a trick. They are a standard campaign type inside Ads Manager. Most people never use them because the setup screens are confusing and the wrong settings burn money.

We teach the settings. You keep control of the account and the budget.

How the Method Works

Three steps. One campaign. Your own post.

01
Pick the right post
Not every post is worth boosting. You learn which ones get cheap reactions and which ones waste money.
02
Build the campaign
Engagement objective, the right placement, the right bid setting. Screen by screen in Ads Manager.
03
Point it at the right people
Country, interests and lookalike audiences that react for cents instead of dollars.

The whole setup takes about 15 minutes once you know where to click. The training shows you where to click.

INTRODUCING:

Real Social Proof with Meta Ads

One method. Screen-by-screen video. Yours to run as often as you want.

This is a 40-minute video training. It is a screen recording of a real engagement campaign being built from scratch, with every setting explained.

It is not a general course on Meta ads. It does not cover sales campaigns, lead forms or retargeting.

It covers one thing: how to bring real likes, comments and saves to a post you choose, with a budget you choose.

Watch it on your own time. Or book 60 minutes and we build it together in your ad account.

You pick how you want to learn.

We Use This on Our Own Posts.

This is not a theory we read somewhere. It is the exact setup we run on our own Instagram posts.

Here is what it costs us. Roughly one cent per real like, so the budget scales with how big you want the number under the post to be.

$10
about 1,000 real likes
$100
about 10,000 real likes
$200
about 20,000 real likes

These are our own numbers from our own posts, shown so you can see what the method produced for us. They are not a promise and not a price list. Your cost per like will be different, depending on your post, your audience, your country and your budget. Ad spend goes to Meta, not to us.

Is This for You?

This is for you if:

  • You sell products or services through Instagram: a shop, a boutique, a restaurant, a clinic, a service.
  • You are opening a new Instagram page and do not want it to look empty on day one.
  • You are a creator pitching brands and your engagement rate is the problem.
  • You are a professional whose clients check your Instagram before they call you.
  • You post good photos and they get ignored.
  • You want to learn the setup once and run it yourself.
  • You have, or can open, a Meta ad account.
  • You accept that results depend on your post and your budget.

This is not for you if:

  • You want someone to run the ads for you.
  • You want a fixed number of likes for a fixed price.
  • You want followers or sales promised to you.
  • You are looking for a way to get around Instagram's rules.
  • You do not want to spend any money on ads.

We teach the method. You run it. The results are yours.

You Might Be Thinking...

"Isn't this just the Boost button?"

No. The Boost button hides most settings and picks the objective for you. The training uses Ads Manager, where you choose the objective, the placement, the bid and the audience. That is where the cost per reaction is decided.

"Is this allowed by Instagram?"

Yes. Engagement campaigns are a standard Meta ad product. You are paying Meta to show your post to people. Nothing in the training breaks Meta's terms.

"Are the likes real?"

Yes. They come from real Instagram users who see the ad and choose to react. We do not use bots, panels or fake accounts, and we do not teach you to.

"How much do I need to spend on ads?"

You decide. The training shows how to start small and read the cost per result before adding budget. Ad spend is paid by you to Meta and is not part of the $27 or $197.

"Will this get me followers or sales?"

The training is about reactions on a post: likes, comments, saves. It does not promise followers, sales or revenue. We do not make income claims and we do not want you to buy this expecting one.

"What if it does not work for me?"

Costs and results differ by post, audience, country and budget. We cannot promise a number. What we can show you is the exact setup we use ourselves, plus how to read your own results and adjust.

"Do I need a Business Manager account?"

You need a Meta ad account connected to your Instagram. Chapter 3 shows the exact screens, and the one-on-one session includes an account check.
